Motor-Vehicle Accidents
For stable patients involved in an automobile accident, CT may be appropriate when there is clinical concern for certain injuries involving:
- The head
- Neck and spine
- Facial bones
- Chest
- Abdomen or pelvis
- Complex fractures
Our provider will determine whether X-ray, CT, or another level of evaluation is appropriate based on the patient's condition and clinical findings.
